Condo Law Changes

Effective January 1, 2009 condo owners are required to obtain Condo Insurance on their properties.   CALL US FOR A QUOTE!

In addition,  the condo association must be listed on the insurance policy as an additional insured.

The law also requires that condo policies provide minimum of $2000 of loss assessment coverage.
